Please read and understand these ESSENTIAL terms and conditions prior to finalising your entry.

FITNESS TO COMPETE ON RACE DAY:

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I am fit and healthy enough to compete at this event and if the case should arise that I am not fit to compete come race day, I will not participate in the event.

REFUND / DEFERRAL:  
I understand that after accepting these terms and conditions that should I not be able to run, my entry fee will be forfeited.

TRANSFERS:
Entry transfers will be allowed on the official 'My Registration' page ONLY (�10 charge).  These MUST be completed by Thursday 1st August 2024 (5pm).  No transfers will be allowed after this date and any participant running under another athletes name will be disqualified.

CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT (OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL):

Given the unique nature of the Rathlin Run and the essential ferry crossings, it is important to note the following BEFORE entering the race.

Entry fees are also non-refundable if the race has to be cancelled�due to circumstances outside of our control; for instance,�cancellation of ferries, or, due to a major incident, adverse/dangerous weather conditions or on Police/Emergency Services' advice. �
In the unlikely event that any of the above should occur, the Rathlin Run Team will do our upmost to provide an alternative value for money solution.  This is more than likely to be a VIRTUAL run.

Entries will NOT be deferred to 2025.
